Distribute Produce & Supplies to Area Families

Distribute produce and supplies to families at one of our locations. It is recommended that you be able to pick up 5 - 15 lbs. and have no back issues. Volunteers will be lifting and loading prepared food boxes into cars as they pull up. Weight of the box varies depending on the produce being distributed each month.
Please make sure you sign up below at your desired location:
- JACKSON ELEMENTARY - 593 W Woodbury Rd, Altadena, CA 91001.
*Distribution point is on Casitas Ave on the west side of campus.
- WEBSTER ELEMENTARY - 2101 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA
*Distribution will take place in the main pick up and drop off line in the parking lot of the school.
Details & Instructions:
- Arrive at the start time of your shift.
- Park on neighboring streets adhering to all parking signs. *Do not park in the school parking lot.*
- Volunteers will pass out produce to families who drive or walk up to the pick up area.
- Know supplies are served to anyone who needs them – without restriction.
- Volunteers are not required to wear a mask, but it is strongly encouraged.
- Dress appropriately for outside weather. Sneakers and hats/caps are suggested.
- Discretion and the privacy of those receiving supplies must be respected at all times.
- Help set up pop-up tent, depending on weather.
- Help wrap-up the distribution area.
**If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.**
