Here are some more details about Sycamore class needs for October:

Harvest Festival Needs:

sign up to volunteer your time at the Harvest Festival (10/13, 10 AM-4 PM). Shifts are in 2 hour stretches and you should plan to arrive at your assigned post 10 minutes before the start just in case. You will be helping run different stations at the festival (Examples: the school store, selling tickets, making crafts, managing games, selling baked goods, etc.) Sign up for the time that works the best for you and we will have more details for you as we get closer to the event.

Bake/ purchase baked goods to sell at the event. This only requires that you either purchase or make baked goods to sell at the event. It's ideal to bring them in the morning of the event so they can get organized and priced properly or possibly even the day before. More details on delivery timeframes to come. Bring these goods packaged/wrapped in such a way that the items can be seen and easily carried home at the end of the event. :)

Field Trip Needs:

sign up to be a driver/chaperone for the field trip to Rawley's Farm 10/19. Our appointed time to begin our activities is 11 AM (***PLEASE fill out the driver paperwork and turn into the office ASAP***). Plan to arrive to the school by 9:30 AM. Rawley's is in Santaquin so we will load students into vehicles and plan to depart just before 10. Let us know how many students you can take in your car. Plan to be back to Salt Lake by 3 PM. More details on exact timing to come.
***check your email from Michelle on 9/14. She attached the driver packet you can print and sign at home and drop off in the office. The office has hard copies printed off as well.

Class cooking project Needs:

The class is making apple sauce this month and we are collecting supplies for that. Please have your student bring items in or drop off before school the week of 10/23.
