Setup Team
Arrive at the bookstore and set up the KRDP table and handouts.
11:30am - 3:00pm
Community Engagers
Bring the handouts outside and meet with vendors who are not walking around, and individuals who missed out table
2:30pm - 4:30pm
Breakdown Team
Arrive at the bookstore to close out the event. Clearing our table and returning promotional items to the admin team, and thanking the Grassrootz staff.
