Pick Up
Where: Whole Foods (At The Summit - 4059 Finn Way)
When: Arrive at Whole Foods at 930am

Instructions:

-Please call Whole Foods and ask for the Produce Department. Confirm that there is a donation for GleanKY prior to arriving at Whole Foods.

-If there is no donation, please call Ms. Joy Harris at 859-312-4490 and let her know. And then go to http://tinyurl.com/GleaningForm and record this information, entering zero for total pounds gleaned. This assists us in our record keeping by letting us know that there was no donation.

-When you arrive at Whole Foods, park your vehicle at the bottom of the ramp to the receiving door.
-Walk up the ramp and knock on the door. Whole Foods staff will let you in. Tell them that you're with GleanKY and you're there to pick up their produce donations. It helps if your wear your green GleanKY t-shirt.
-Other agencies will be there to pick up the other donations (bread, dairy, etc...), so make sure that you take only the fruits and vegetables.
-Weigh the produce and load it into your vehicle.
-Return any shopping carts to the front of the store.
-If there's more produce than you can fit in your vehicle, call our office at 859-444-4769.

Drop Off
Where: Elm Tree Lane Apartments - 302 Gunn St.

When: Immediately After Gleaning Whole Foods

- Call Ms. Joy Harris (859-312-4490) as you are leaving Whole Foods and let her know that you are on your way.

- Turn Right on to Gunn St. and take your first right into the apartment complex driveway. Ms. Joy and the apartment building manager will be there to let you in / help you unload your produce.

- Please remember to record information about this gleaning within 24 hours at http://tinyurl.com/GleaningForm.
