Lake Wailes Park will fill with friends and laughter on April 30, 2022 when Lake Wales Heritage sponsors our first-ever Olmsted Day in the Park, a tribute to the great man and his illustrious son on the 200th anniversary of his birth.

This special event will offer a salute to the wonderful patrimony held by our community thanks to the the work of Frederick Law Olmsted Jr., Edward Bok, August Heckscher, Milton Medary, and other historic figures.
