✨Spring Fling Volunteer Opportunities✨

We have volunteer opportunities for you to help make this year's Spring Fling event a success! We deeply appreciate your help.
➡️ You do NOT need to purchase a ticket to the event to be a volunteer! Please note that seating & dinner is reserved for ticket purchasers.

✨ Volunteer Opportunities on Friday, May 2nd, the day before the event:

~~Assemble Nametags: School Reading Room, 8:15-9:45 am ~~
Assemble nametags, add drink tickets, and put them in alphabetical order.

~~ Load items into trucks/vans from Holy Trinity Spring Fling Room, 2:30 - 3:15~~
Volunteers will load Auction Baskets into vehicles.

~~Provide Truck/Van and bring auction items to Mendakota: 2:30-4:00 pm~~

✨ Volunteer Opportunities for Day of Event - Saturday, May 3rd:

Saturday, May 3rd at Mendakota Country Club:

~~Raffles & Game 5pm- 7:30pm~~
Volunteers will be stationed at our game and raffle tables and assist guests to play. They will also track purchases and log them into our giving platform. *Please bring your own laptop or iPad to work on. Game/raffle details to come. Training will be provided.

~~Auction Bidding Assistance: Approx. 5-7 PM (Cocktail hour)~~
Cocktail hour Auction Support. We will have tables of auction items for viewing. These volunteers will answer any questions and help place bids for donors via iPad/laptop if requested. *Please bring your own iPad or laptop. Training will be provided.
