GSU COL Pro Bono Program

Assist clients with completing estate-planning questionnaires by making phone calls, speaking with clients about estate-planning needs, and gathering information. Students may also assist in drafting simple estate plans and working with clients to execute advance directives or financial power of attorney documents. This project is in person at the Atlanta Legal Aid office. The office is walking distance from the College of Law.

This project requires the completion of the Atlanta Legal Aid Mandatory Training. The Fall training date will be announced soon. If you were previously trained, you need not redo the training before volunteering. If you have not been trained for Atlanta Legal Aid projects, please reach out to probono@gsu.edu.
