Winter Celebration is a wonderful time to gather with other families, enjoy student performances, sing a few tunes, and enjoy some delicious hot chocolate and cookies! We will make signs to indicate the type of hot chocolate. There are many volunteer opportunities for families looking for V-hours.

Any unopened items will be donated to the food bank and out Little Free Pantry during Winter Celebration.

This year we are moving to milk alternatives for our hot chocolate. Please note, this does not mean that all hot chocolates are dairy free. Some chocolate mixes have dairy in them.

Our Lower el Upper el and Middle School Winter Celebration is on Friday, December 6th from 5-6pm
Our The pre-primary and primary Winter Celebration is on Friday, December 13th from 5-6 pm

Please remember that cookie donations are just that, a donation, and are not eligible for V Hours.

Families can sign up to volunteer during either Celebration!

2 gallons= 1 V hour!! We will need a total of 8 gallons for this event.

Refreshment Set up 1. Set up venue in Primary A Tables (set the night before) with cloths Napkins Bowls with cookies Bowls with fruit Tables with crock pots Tables with cups and napkins. 1 V Hour.

Restore and cleanup!
Restore After Event 1. Empty and wash crockpots and other serviceware 2. Empty coolers and leave in community room 3. Clear and Clean Tables 4. Restore blankets to a central location 5. Empty trash/ Recycling in dumpsters in alley 5. Place any "lost items" such as coats or mitten in bathroom in the community room 6. Check to make sure all doors are closed. 1- 1.5 V Hours
