End of year picnic/ Honey pot awards

All school event. At 5pm is the honey pot awards for parents who have donated many hours. Students in lower el and under are entertained on the playground. We need parent volunteers for the playground because teachers are off duty at 5pm.
At about 5:30 we head up the hill and continue the fun. Box dinners available - see the front desk.

One dozen sponges, each cut in half
These are for sponge tag during the honey pot awards. Please be sure they are cut in half.

4:15pm - 4:30pm
Set up on playground
Fill buckets with water/sponges; set out hula hoops; set up two small tables with buckets, water, and apples for apple bobbing. Please do not take items out onto playground until 5pm (when school closes).

4:45pm - 5:00pm
Set up at Jefferson Park
Help set up a couple tables for meal delivery; help organize meals for distribution to families once they arrive.

Hang out on the playground while kids bob for apples, hula hoop, and play sponge tag, etc.
