St. Francis de Sales School, Sherman Oaks

Four (4) Volunteers) needed from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Volunteers are needed to staff the table, give away food, stamp passports, and keep the area organized and clean. Four (4) Service Hours

Please volunteer to provide a tablecloth and Vatican City (Italian) table décor or other items representative of Vatican City. Two (2) Service Hours. Deliver to the auditorium at morning drop off on 3/15.

Volunteers to provide approx. 300 bite-sized food items (Each to Provide Three to Four Large Thin-Crust Cheese Pizza from Dominos - pre-cut + Napkins). Food should be ready (heated and/or pre-sliced, if necessary) and dropped off by 9:45am. The first wave of pizzas will need to be purchased the night before and reheated at home before delivery to the school. Note: all bites should be the same. Please coordinate with other volunteers to place the order and provide napkins. Two (2) Service Hours. Please deliver by 9:45am to the auditorium.

Please provide one 8x8 or similar-sized backdrop or pop-up banners representing Vatican City. Three (3) Service Hours. Please deliver at morning drop off to the auditorium.
