Fullerton Service League of Boys

Due to an urgent need of clean drinking water for people negatively affected by LA fires, OC United is hosting a water donation drive in Fullerton. Please bring 2 or more unopened gallon-sized bottled drinking water to OC United’s office on Sun., Jan 19 between 1:30pm and 4pm, or Mon. Jan 20 between 7:30am and 10am. (The shift time in this posting reflects the 0.5 service hour, but not the actual collection hours.)

All SLOBs members and mentors are welcome to participate. Please only sign up for one water donation per donor — Jan 19 or Jan 20, but not both.

Collection hours: Please drop off your donation during the hours below.
Sun., Jan 19th — from 1:30p to 4p
Mon., Jan 20th — from 7:30a to 10a

Hour log: A maximum of 0.5 hour per SLOBs donor will be provided for making a donation on Jan 19 or Jan 20. Please log hour when dropping off bottled water gallon-sized jugs at the event site. (Please note that the SLOBs policy allows a maximum of 2 total service hours per fiscal year per person can be earned from donations and be applied to meet the minimum hour requirement and for the SLOBs awards. Service hours earned through donations can not be used toward meeting the hour requirements for President’s Volunteer Service Award. See the member handbook for details.)
