Chance Theater is looking for volunteers to work as ushers for the family friendly musical Fancy Nancy. Before the show, volunteers would help before the show to setup the audience areas, stuff programs and help facilitate a positive and safe environment for the patrons. Then, volunteers would work as ushers and pass out programs and help patrons find their seats. During the performance, if there's open seat, ushers are invited to watch the show. Ushers will assist during the intermission. After the show, volunteers would help cleanup in the audience area.

Total hours earned per shift: 3 hours or the number of your actual work hours, whichever is larger (rounded to the nearest half hour).

How to sign up:
1) Go to the website below to sign up for an available spot for the show. Please signup for the right hours as there may be two shows scheduled on the same day.

2. Return to this page to sign up in Track It Forward.
3. Both steps 1 and 2 must be completed for your volunteer signup. (SLOBs liaison will look for your initial on Chance Theater's signup website to confirm your signup.)
4. If there's no more volunteer spots available on Chance Theater's signup website, then your signup can not be completed. You'll need to look for another volunteer spot on a different performance date. Please sign up in Track It Forward ONLY AFTER you've secured a spot on Chance Theater's signup website.
5. If you must cancel your signup, please do so at both the Chance Theater's signup website and the www.TrackItForward.com website. (Do not use the mobile app for cancellation.) Cancellations are accepted ONLY when it's done 3 or MORE DAYS before the event date. For this event, no cancellation is allowed within 3 days before the event date. If, within 3 days before the event date, you realize that you can't work work the hours you signed up for, please find a replacement and notify Debbie (DebbieHerdrich@gmail.com) the name and phone number of your replacement. Your replacement does not have to be a SLOB member or mentor, but he/she must be either a high school student or an adult. Thank you.

Hour log: (a) Please use Track It Forward mobile app to log your hours when you arrive at the event. The GPS feature of the app will confirm your presence at the event site. (b) If you work your shift, please log 3.5 hours for your shift. Student dress code: Navy SLOBs T-shirt, pants (no ripped jeans) and closed toe shoes.
