Fullerton Service League of Boys

Join our Fullerton wide community day of service, Love Fullerton. This year the SLOBs will assist Boys & Girls Club at its Richman Teen Center location to plant 65 trees along the fence/wall and do some trimming/pruning gardening works. This project needs many volunteers. Can the SLOBs fill all spots and get things done in lightning speed? YES only if you show up!!

What to bring: Please bring your own pair of working or gardening gloves (because you don’t want to borrow someone else’s used sweaty old gloves). Gardening tools will be provided.

Event schedule:
8am - 9:15am Check in. Sign waiver. Pick up Love Fullerton T-shirt. Get FREE breakfast!! (Location: Fullerton College Quad 321 E. Chapman Ave. Fullerton, CA. Park at the Fullerton College parking structure off Lemon street.) [This is an optional part of the service project. No service hour will be earned for getting/eating free breakfast. Sorry.]

9:30am - 12:30pm Service project at Boys & Girls Club Richman Teen Center. [Service hours will be earned.]

12:30p - 1:30pm After party with FREE lunch. (Location: Fullerton College Quad 321 E. Chapman Ave. Fullerton, CA. Park at the Fullerton College parking structure off Lemon street.) [This is an optional part of the service project. No service hour will be earned for eating a free lunch. Sorry.]

Student dress code: SLOBs T-Shirt or Love Fullerton shirt, and close toed shoes. Long sleeve shirt and long pants highly recommended.
What to bring: Gardening or work gloves. (Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and water recommended.)
