Fullerton Service League of Boys

Before the show, volunteers would help setup the audience areas, stuff programs and help facilitate a positive and safe environment for the patrons. During the show, volunteers would work as ushers and pass out programs and help patrons find their seats. During the performance, if there are open seats, ushers are invited to watch the show. Ushers will assist during the intermission. After the show, volunteers would help cleanup the audience area.

Total hours earned per shift: 3 hours or the number of your actual work hours, whichever is larger (rounded to the nearest half hour).

How to sign up:
1) Go to the website below to sign up for an available spot. Please sign up for the right hours as there may be 2 or more shows scheduled on the same day.

2. Return to this page to sign up in Track It Forward.

3. Both steps 1 and 2 must be completed to secure your volunteer signup. (Simply signing up in Track It Forward is not enough.)

4. If there's no more volunteer spots available on Chance Theater's signup website, then your signup can NOT be completed. Please look for another performance date to volunteer.

5. Cancellation policy: If you must cancel your signup, please do so at both the Chance Theater's signup website and the www.TrackItForward.com website. (Do not use the mobile app for cancellation.) Cancellations are accepted ONLY when it's done 3 or MORE DAYS before the event date. For this event, no cancellation is allowed within 3 days before the event date.

6. Late cancellation: Within 0 to 3 days before the event date, if you realize that you can't work the hours you signed up for, please find a replacement to work your shift. Your replacement does not have to be a SLOBs member or mentor, but he/she must be either a high school student or an adult. Non-SLOB volunteer needs to sign the attached waiver and text a photo of the signed waiver to (949) 413-5801.

Hour log: (a) SLOBS Volunteers MUST use Track It Forward mobile app to log your hours at the event site. The GPS feature of the app will confirm your presence at the event site. If you don’t, you must text Debbie Herdrich 949-413-5801 the name and phone number of one employee of Chance Theater who can verify your attendance. (b) If you work a full shift, please log 3 hours for your shift. (c) if you need help adjusting or logging your hours, please contact Philanthropy@FullertonSlobs.com or text (949) 413-5801.

Student dress code: Navy SLOBs T-shirt, pants (no ripped jeans) and closed toe shoes.
