Pathways of Hope- Hope for Homebound Delivery

Saturday, December 15 2018

"Do you like to deliver food to people who can't leave their home and socialize with all kids of people? Then this mother/son team opportunity is for you! Pathways of Hope is the home base for a food delivery service called Hope for Homebound. Meals will be stored in the freezer and need to be picked up between 9am-10am to be delivered to about 4 different addresses. The number of boxes to be delivered with the delivery addresses will be on posted directions on the front of the freezer inside The HUB. The directions will be labeled for SLOBs volunteers. Do not take the other directions. There will be a second husband/wife team delivering that day also. Please be prepared to spend time with each client. You may be the only person they see that day.
If this is the first time volunteering with Pathways please fill out the attached volunteer waiver AND Driver's Form (include a copy of your DL and auto insurance card). These forms can be left at the HUB on the HUB manager's desk (Mike van Ahlers). If you have any questions day of the delivery please contact Ann Stoddard first. If she is not available you may contact Diana Rochelle at 714-814-1549 who runs this program."
