OPERATION GRATITUDE ASSEMBLY DAY

LOCATION: 21100 Lassen St, Chatsworth, CA (aka “The FOB”)
Operation Gratitude annually sends 250,000+ care packages to new recruits, veterans, first responders, U.S. service members deployed overseas, wounded heroes and their caregivers.
Log Hours Under: Operation Gratitude
Minimum Hours Earned: 4
Travel Time Hours: Because this event is located far outside of our normal service area, each volunteer may add 2 hours for travel time to the actual hours worked at the event.
Round hours to the nearest 1/2 hour.
Assemble care packages for new recruits, prepare “Loved One Medallions,” make “survival” style paracord bracelets, stuff Battalion Buddies, and collate handwritten letters from supporters across the country.
Additional important information:
All Operation Gratitude guests and volunteers must be 12 years of age or older.
Youth who are 12 - 16 years of age must have a responsible adult with transportation on the premises at all times.
Closed-toe shoes must be worn while on the premises. High heels are not permitted.
A picture ID is required for entry.
All purses, backpacks and food must be kept outside The FOB at all times.

After registering with Operation Gratitude, please fill in your shift information below, so that we know how many SLOBs volunteers will be attending.
There is no limit to the number of volunteers. Family members or friends who are not in SLOBS may also participate, provided they register with Operation Gratitude and understand that they are not attending on behalf of SLOBS.
