Tara's Chance Gala Preparation

Volunteers are needed to prepare for Tara's Chance Gala event by helping with kitchen setup, table setup, sponsor sign placement, TV setup, and setup of black out curtains from 5p to 8p.

Attire: SLOBs T-Shirt and closed toed shoes.

Hour log: If a volunteer arrives on time, please the log the greater of two hours or actual number of hours worked, rounded to the nearest half hour.
Note: All volunteers are encouraged to download the Track It Forward mobile app (aka Volunteer Time Tracking) and log hours at the event site, which confirms the attendance of the volunteers.
