Fullerton Service League of Boys

Volunteers are needed for City of Fullerton’s holiday event “Breakfast with Santa”. Please come and help Santa host the breakfast for his guests.

Tentative tasks to be assigned during each shift:
The 7am shift - Set up tables, decorations, and get the event ready
The 10am shift - Give away presents, work at the check-in table, direct parking lot traffic, etc.
The 2:15pm shift - Take down decorations and signs, pack up materials, etc.

(Upon arrival, look for Jocelyn Lagarde or other City of Fullerton personnel for volunteer instructions.)

Attire: SLOBs blue T-shirt and closed toed shoes.

Number of hours earned: If arriving on time, a volunteer may book the GREATER of 2 hours or the number of actual hours worked, rounded to the nearest half an hour. (For example, please log 2.5 hours after working from 2:15p to 4:30p for 2 hours and 15 minutes.)

Use of Track It Forward mobile app: All volunteers are encouraged to download the mobile app (aka Volunteer Time Tracking) and log hours at the event site, which confirms the attendance of each volunteer. The mobile app can be used to signup for a current or future volunteer event, and to log hours at the event site on the day of the event; however, it does not work for cancelling a future event or log hours for an event after the event date.
