Shasta High School Choir

Schools will be arriving with their choirs, directors will need to check=in and turn in copies of their sheet music for the judges AND fill out lunch orders for themselves and their accompanist. You would also give them a schedule for the day.

Mr. Spencer will need 1, preferably 2, scorers for the festival. Once the scores from the judges are received, you will input the scores into a spreadsheet. Then the choir's rating will need to be placed on the certificate with a label maker.

No actual running required! Mr. Spencer will need to have at least one runner for the entire festival, but it could be broken down into 2 sessions - one morning and one afternoon. So please let us know what your preference is.

It would be great to have a handful of parent chaperones to be around to make sure kids are not being disruptive during the performances. This is mostly a sitting job with the possible of having to remind the students to be quiet.

Someone to get the director's lunch orders to Holiday Market (you can submit the sandwich order either online or in person). You will then pick up sandwiches, chips, cookies and drinks for the director's/accompanist's lunch.
