Winter Solstice Luminary-lit Hike

Throughout the winter season we host luminary-lit hikes. These hikes are a wonderful opportunity for the community to explore Crossroads under a different light. Volunteers are essential to this event! We often have campfires and marshmallows as well as hot chocolate, all of which need people to help supervise. If you plan on signing up, please dress for the weather and plan to walk our trails in potentially icy weather.
3:00pm - 5:00pm
Luminary Setup
Help us set out and light our luminaries along the meadow loop trail. Set out the luminaries every 15 paces and light the candles just before dusk.
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Hot Chocolate, Luminary Sweepers & Campfire Assistance
Help us keep the campfire tended, the hot cocoa flowing and the luminaries lit.
7:30pm - 8:00pm
Luminary Cleanup
Help us pick up our luminaries and put them away for next time.
