WAG Spring Cup - Day 3
Volunteers may need to assist with other roles, if necessary, depending on where the need is most required.

6:30am - 10:00am
hostessing
volunteers will assist the hostessing coordinators and help prepare food for the coaches and judges meals. Responsible for cleaning dishes and cleaning the coaches/judges room
7:00am - 11:00am
security
volunteers are to supervise back of arena and coaches food area.

Volunteers needs to supervise entrance way to gyms and monitor traffic

volunteers responsible for various tasks as needed through the time slot. Responsible for picking up food items and other items from stores if needed (requires use of your own vehicle)

must be MINIMUM 13 yrs old and will assist with timing physical ability stations (chin ups ect) MUST wear BGC jacket or shirt, black pants and running shoes
