Lenten Soup Supper

All Saints PTO is hosting our parish Lenten Soup Supper on 3/19/25 from 5pm-7pm. This is a wonderful event for the whole parish, and every family is invited to join us for an evening of community and fellowship.
We need volunteers for the following things:
- set up
- servers
- cleanup
- food donations (soup, bread, sandwiches)
3:30pm - 3:30pm
Donate Soup
Provide 1 gallon of homemade soup (preferably in crock pot). Please label your pot of soup with the type of soup it is and your name. (2pts)
*soup should be dropped off at dismissal (2:45-3:30) in the PAC*
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Set up
Help set up tables and chairs, set up buffet tables, organize food donations, etc. (1pt)
4:30pm - 4:30pm
Donate 1 dozen Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Prep and bag 1 dozen peanut butter sandwiches (1pt)

*Drop in school office labeled soup supper or deliver to PAC by 4pm on 3/19.

Serve soup and volunteer to serve as needed during the soup supper (ladle soup into bowls, refill drinks, pass out bread and sandwiches) (1pt)

Cleanup
Help cleanup tables and chairs, wash dishes, do whatever needs to be done in the PAC to wrap up the event. (1pt)
