ASH HALLOWEEN Planning (5th Grade Parents)
The group that signs up here can be in touch with one another to decide on planning times/dates.
Theme: 5th grade students can vote on the theme. 5th grade room parents, please have the teachers do this in class.
Discuss with Administration: determine dates with Amina
Facilities: Wences (ASH); Cupertino (ALL) are your best friends!!! They will hang curtains and black out the windows with boxes. Please find out if we need to gather boxes for this purpose. Discuss timeline for them to complete this before you begin decorating.
Decorating: Items are at ORT. Meet with Wences to have decorations moved to ASH so that you can go through the information. Determine number of days needed for decorating (likely 2).
Walk through with Facilities: Facilities must do a walk through and check off on the haunted house before decorating can be considered completed.
Budget: Contact Danielle (PA treasurer) treasurer@lelycee.org for your budget to spend on additional items that you may want to add.
Clean up: Take down and box up decorations. Label bins with contents.
