The Track it Forward team has been working on some exciting updates this summer, starting with the launch of a NEW feature for schools - the FACTS Student information System (SIS) integration!
FACTS SIS Integration
This integration allows schools that use FACTS SIS to roster parents and students from FACTS to Track it Forward and send hours data back to the FACTS Family Portal. No more manual importing, updating, and archiving. Organizers can choose which parents or students to import from FACTS SIS, and choose to allow approved hours to be synced back to the FACTS Family Portal for viewing and reporting purposes. New Volunteer Filters
On the Volunteers page, organizers can now filter and sort users by their number of hours or last accessed date. These new filters and sorting options make it easier to select a subset of volunteers to send messages to or archive.
Organizers can go to the Volunteers page and click the columns (Display Name, Hours, Last Accessed) to toggle sorting. To filter users, go to the filters tab on the Volunteers page. Here, organizers can filter users by number of hours, last accessed date, or those who have never accessed Track it Forward.
