Over the last few months, our team has been hard at work improving current features and adding new ones for our customers. In addition to regular maintenance and bug fixes, we've implemented the following updates during Q3:
Email Logs
An Email Logs section has been added to the Organizer Dashboard, allowing administrators to view past emails and recipient details! To view emails, log into your organizer dashboard and click the ‘Email Logs’ link at the top of the page.
Volunteer Profile Fields added to Milestone Report
All volunteer profile fields are now included in the milestone report, providing more detailed information about volunteers and their current milestone hours! Grouped accounts will be in the same cell with their information listed together.
Transfer Hours and Delete Old Volunteer Profiles
Admins can now transfer hours/RSVPs and delete the old volunteer accounts in a single action.
From the Volunteers page > click into the volunteer profile you want to transfer hours from and delete > Go to the Permissions tab > Click Transfer Hours > find the account you want to transfer hours to in the drop down menu of volunteers > Check the box for Delete user after transfer > Click the orange Transfer button.
This will only transfer hours and RSVP details, it will not transfer any profile field information.
RSVP Timestamp added to RSVP Report
Admins are now able to see the timestamp of when a volunteer RSVP’d to an event, helping track the order of responses for better event management and planning.
You can find this information two ways:
- Click into your event > under Print, click Export > The last column is the timestamp of the RSVP Date
- From the Organizer Dashboard > Reports > Event RSVP Report > One of the fields you can include on the report is the RSVP Date field
