APA's NEW Garden for a Cause

We are starting a garden here at school, so we can grow produce to donate to the local soup kitchen. We are currently looking for students who can help get the garden boxes set up. As time goes on, we will be looking for students who want to volunteer regularly with the garden. Ms. Katherine Harper is heading up this gardening effort, so you can feel free to talk to her if you have any questions or if you are interested in learning more. Her email address is kharper@parrottacademy.org. Wear comfortable clothes/shoes, and bring a shovel if you have one. (You can put the shovel in my classroom (Lewis) during the school day.)
*The hours you work in the garden will be considered GROUP hours, but will NOT count towards your 10 allowed hours on campus since we are donating all of the produce to the community.*
