Volunteers will help participants enjoy the wonders of Fairview Farm as the moon rises and the trails begin to glow. This is a simple event but we'll need help with set up, checking people in, managing the food table, following along the hike and breaking down the event when it's over. It's best if you can stay from set up to clean up but if not, then please sign up for the shift that best fits into your schedule. Minimum age to volunteer: 15 yrs. or Freshman in HS.

Fairview Farm
2121 Larger Cross Road
Bedminster, NJ
Please mark your route well in advance to avoid any unexpected delays the day of the event. Larger Cross Road is an unpaved road and is best approached from the north end which intersects with Pottersville Road.

5:00pm - 6:30pm
Set Up
Set up luminaries along the drive, put out tables, benches, food, marshmallow sticks, and other odd jobs.

5:00pm - 9:00pm
Set up thru Clean up
Set up the luminaries along the driveway. Put out the tables, blankets and benches around the campfire. Help put out the food and drinks and keep them neat and stocked throughout the night. Help check people in as they arrive. Follow behind on the hike to make sure everyone stays together. Help with clean up, put out fire, pack up food.

Help during the event keeping the food table stocked and neat, follow behind the hike to ensure everyone stays together, then help break down and clean up the event.
