Volunteers Needed for Senior Prom

We are looking for adult volunteers to work at the Senior Prom. The dance will be held at St. Anthony's Courtyard on Saturday, May 29th from 7 pm to 11 pm. This event is open to freshmen, sophomore, and junior parents only. All volunteers must wear a mask while on campus.

There are a variety of positions open, please read the description before signing up.

Set up and Decorate

Set up tables and chairs, hang lights

Decorate various of the courtyard, steam the tablecloths for the tables

Parking Lot Security (Men Only)

Assist with crosswalk and parking lot security. Bring a flashlight, vest will be provided.

Assist with coat check station, formal picture line, and mirror room - please wear all black attire.

Food servers, drink and dessert tables

Serve food, arrange and work drink and dessert stations - please wear all black attire.

Assist with putting away tables & chairs, and cleaning the courtyard
