BBQ, Fundraiser and Donor Registration
TCA will host a multipurpose event celebrating AZ Gives Day and Donate Life Month that will include a Free BBQ, cornhole, Donor registrations, raffle and collecting donations for TCA.
The event will be held in the parking lot of our new office from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
9:00am - 11:00am
Set up
Set up Pop up tents, tables chairs, cornhole, BBQ, drinks and food tables
10:00am - 1:00pm
TCA/DNAZ Info Table and Greeters
Set up and manage info table. Tell people about TCA, register donors, collect donations, sell raffle tickets

Food prep / Table Prep
Help as need with food cooking, cleaning space cleaning, clearing tables, emptying trash
12:30pm - 2:30pm
Clean Up
Break down event including pop up tents, tables, chairs, cornhole. Clean up supplies from food and drink service, empty trash.
