Junior High Play - Help

Junior high is putting on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in the spring. We need help making and/or bringing in different props for the play.
Broken Down Chitty parts made from cardboard
Junkyard sign - a sign that says "Junkyard" on it
Big (say 1 or 2 feet) colorful lollypop candies made from card board
Carnival tents or red and white fabric that we can
carnival looking tent - or red and white material to make carnival tent prop
12 Bamboo or PVC pipe - this will be danced with and should be about 4 feet long
picnic basket
4 long pieces of blue fabric - about 20 feet long and 3 feet wide (will be used to create the water scene)
2 Large Doll Boxes that can fit a person inside them (can just be a large decorated box)
netting - will be used by the "orphans" to capture the royalty
large butterfly net (or similar)
4 solder costumes (ideally matching - but flexible regarding what they look like)
13 "Morris Dancer" costumes (ideally should match; but I'm open to ideas regarding what they look like - possibly bowler caps and vests...)
