Event description: REACH is partnering with EKFMC social services for a health education event. The social services staff regularly holds health education events for diseases such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia, and this quarter's education event focuses on blood pressure. The event is targeted toward people that attend the free lunch that is served prior to the free medical clinic opening. Participants will have their blood pressure measured, and will receive education on what blood pressure is, why a healthy blood pressure is important, and lifestyle choices that encourage a healthy blood pressure.
