*Remember to put your name, child's name and year, and the amount of goods donated on your item(s).
*Drop off the goods at the Grinstead Theater at 9 AM on January 19, 2019.

Reminder:
*Home Baked Goods - 1 hour = 2 dozen cookies or similar (Providing cookies, donuts, fruit platters for school events) (make sure to label your goods using the Refreshment-Goods Donation form with name, student and amount)
*Store bought cookies/pastries - 1 hour = $15 spent on goods (providing cookies, donuts, fruit platters for school events) with name, student and amount. MUST PROVIDE CURRENT RECEIPT SHOWING DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR GOODS BEING DONATED-RECEIPT MUST BE $15 OR MORE TO RECEIVE PARENT HOURS CREDIT
*1 LARGE fruit tray must all serve 12-14 people = 1 service hour
*4 - 24 pack of 8 oz. (small) water bottles = 1 service hour
