La Salle College Preparatory

VOLUNTEERS are needed to help set-up, work concessions, and stay for clean-up. **You must be able to stay for the entire shift. *Note: Volunteers are welcome to watch the performance, however, please be sure all ticket holders have a theatre seat first. There is room for extra chairs on the side if the theatre is full.

FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED FOR THEATER CONCESSIONS. Please see info below with regard to service credit for items donated.
* Home baked goods (2 dozen cookies/brownies/other dessert) = 1 hour of service.
* Store bought (cookies/brownies/other dessert): $20 spent on goods = 1 hour of service.
*Large fruit trays should serve 12-14 people. 1 large fruit tray = 1 hour of service.
*Large veggie trays should serve 12-14 people. 1 large veggie tray = 1 hour of service.
*$20 spent on meat/cheese/crackers = 1 hour of service.
*Please be sure to label your donation(s) w/name, student and amount.
**Items need to be dropped off between 12:30 and 1:00pm at Porticos Art Space (not too far from La Salle - located at 2033 E. Washington Blvd., Pasadena) on Saturday (03/28/2020). Please check-in with one of the following when dropping off donations: Frances Mena or Brenda Goei.
