La Salle College Preparatory

The Spring Dance Performance will be held Sunday May 15th at 4pm at The Grinstead Theatre at La Salle. There will be a casual reception with complimentary concessions before and after the concert in the lobby area outside of the theatre. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations and assist students prior to the show, setting up, running concession, cleaning up, and or taking tickets in.
DROP OFF TIME: 3PM on Sunday May 15th
LOCATION:Grinstead Theatre at La Salle (across from East entrance to cafeteria)

Be sure to log service hours as follows once you have made your donations:
*2 dozen cookies/brownies/bars=1 hour of service
*Large fruit or veggie tray= 1 hour of service
*Large cheese, meat, and cracker tray= 1 hour of service
* 1 jug of hot coffee traveler
*2 cases or waters (sparkling or flat) or 2 dozen sodas= 1 hour of service
*$15 donation=1 service hour (drop donations to principal before Friday May 13th with your name and student's name on envelope)
