Ice Cream Bars at 8th Grade Graduation

The 8th Grade Graduation ceremony and celebration will be held on Thursday, June 6 in the Ridgeline gym. To honor the class of 2024, there will be an ice cream bar social following the ceremony for Ridgeline graduates and their families. We'd like to have about 200 ice cream bars, including dairy-free and gluten-free options. Please sign up to bring a box or two (typically there is about 8 in a box) if you are able!

It is recommended that you bring the ice cream bars in a small cooler or lunch box the day of the event. We will have freezer space in both Building A and B if you'd like to send them with your student at drop-off or pick-up time. You can also bring your package(s) of ice cream bars to Room 11 just before the ceremony (or find Nancy Wilcox-Trent).

Pick up 30 extra chairs
Spencer Butte Middle School is kindly loaning us 30 extra chairs. We need a volunteer with a truck or trailer to pick up these chairs and bring them to the school (ideally, this volunteer could come back on Friday, June 7 and return them to Spencer Butte) - thank you!
