Love Your Neighbor Food Drive (Parish Service)

Saturday, November 10 2018

St. Aloysius Parish has a food drive every year in order to help families in need during the holiday season. All the food collected is donated to the New Canaan Food Pantry. Turkeys donated go to the St. Vincent DePaul Society in Norwalk.

We need lots of help from our Confirmation students!!
During Masses on the weekend of 11/10-11/12, Confirmation students will distribute "Love your neighbor" food bags to parishioners at the end of Mass.

We need one VIRTUS trained adult to supervise the six students handing out bags.
We need 6 students to hand at the 5 doors (two students at the narthex).
You should all meet 10 minutes before Mass begins and then sit together at the front of the church in one of the side sections. That way you will receive communion early and then the students can all go and stand at the doors.
Students may take 30 minutes of parish service.
