St. Aloysius Parish

St. Philip Parish in Norwalk will be hosting their annual Catholic Relief Services FoodFast, a hunger awareness experience for Catholic youth. The theme of the event is “Be the Change,” and young people will fast from food throughout the day while participating in activities including prayer, reflection, educational games and service projects before concluding the day with Mass which will fulfill their Sunday obligation. This is open to those in grades 6-12. There is a registration fee of $50 and additional fundraising is encouraged.

Those who participate can earn ALL of their required 10 service hours -- you must stay for the entire day. Chris Otis will send an email after the event indicating how your hours should be tracked.
