DMI along with a number of other partnering organizations and businesses, sponsor a number of events throughout the year that help support our Downtown business, most of, if not all are locally owned. The Volunteer Fair is our opportunity to reach out to local business, churches, service clubs and youth organizations etc., who have an interest in supporting the efforts to revitalize our Downtown community.

This event will be located in the green space in front of DC Roadhouse on Central Ave. side.

We need a wide variety of volunteers to help make this event happen. Join us in “the behind-the-scenes work” like setting up a tent, handing out flyers, and other activities that help make exciting and fun experiences for our visitors and participants in our promotional activities.

Set Up
Assist in setting up tents, tables, and chairs for all booths before the event begins.

11:00am - 2:00pm
Booths
You will be stationed at one of our tents to give information about the event your booth is representing. (if you have a specific booth you would like to be at please leave a comment telling which one.

2:00pm - 3:00pm
Tear Down
Dismantle and bring back all event supplies to The Windamere and DMI office after the event is over.
