Help out at the Bazaar!

We are in need of PARENT/ADULT volunteers to help set up, run the gift wrapping station, run the silent auction, day volunteer and clean up.

Set-Up Volunteers
You will help put out signs on the road, set up the silent auction & gift wrapping station, set up the photo booth and help vendors bring their items into the school.
10:00am - 12:00pm
Gift Wrapping Volunteers
You will be provided wrapping paper and offer gift wrapping by donation to the school.

Day Volunteers
You will check on vendors and pass out water bottles and coffee to them. You will also be checking garbage cans and cleaning where needed.

Clean Up Volunteers
You will help clean up at the end of the night and nove all school items back to their spaces. You will help vendors put items into their vehicles, retrieve signs from the road, sweep and possibly mop the floor.
