City of Chico, Parks Division, PALS Volunteers

The help of PALS volunteers is needed with keeping the general public out of the controlled burn area of Upper Park. The burn is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19th but can be cancelled with very little notice. This volunteer opportunity is for PALS volunteers only. PALS apparel must be worn. Please bring water and snacks. Meet at the observatory parking lot (Lot C) at 8:30 AM for briefing with the Fire Department.
