For the remainder of the year, we will be working on a class play. We have not set a date yet for their performance as we are working on reserving the room at the school, but the students will perform just following Memorial Day Weekend. ***The date listed is not confirmed***

We plan to have them stay after school on that day with the teachers to prepare for the performance. This way will have time to rest, eat an early dinner and set up the area for the audience and the stage. We plan for them to perform sometime between 5:00 and 5:30pm. As we near the play, we will have more specific details.

The stage will be simple, but we will need the following materials for the students to make the set. If you are able to donate or loan any of these items (some will obviously not be returnable), it would be greatly appreciated. It is possible that another item or two will be needed, but based upon our planning, this is the list we determined.

Dinner
Set up & Clean up area for students to eat provided dinner. Please include utensils.
