Friends of Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter (OPAS) is a local shelter that recently took in over 50 new dogs because of a local animal abuse scandal. The shelter is at overcapacity and desperately needs donations of pet supplies. They have an amazon wish list posted and students can choose one item from the list too earn a touch hour.
