Ouachita Parish Clean-Up

Join the community this Friday, April 22nd, and start off Earth Day at West Monroe City Hall as a leader against litter. At 10:30am, volunteers will meet at the city hall and take a pledge to keep Ouachita Parish clean with local community members and leaders, where the ceremony will then be followed by one hour of litter cleanup.
