The 6th annual Community Health and Wellness Expo is a free event that provides free wellness classes, health screenings, and healthy activities such as yoga and zumba. The CHWE works to bring a holistic approach to health and wellness in Monroe and the Northeast Louisiana region at large. The CHWE works to bring a holistic approach to health and wellness in Monroe and the Northeast Louisiana region at large. VCOM students will perform preventive health care screenings such as taking vitals, a comprehensive medical exam, and providing OMM to patients.
