2023 Auction Masquerade Gala

Let's get ready to have some fun at the St. Isidore School Auction on March 11, 2023. There's a lot to be done on the day of the auction and we need your help! 9:00am - 12:00pm
Donation Transportation
Help transport any decor or donated items from school or our storage location (near the Marriott) to the Marriott. This may include picking up donations that are perishable from a local business to the Marriott.

10:00am - 1:00pm
Auction Set-Up
Come help us setup the auction. Tasks include but not limited to: setting up the wine grab station, raffle table, check-in/out area, event signage, silent auction items, tablescapes, patio area, 8th grade party room, decorations and more!
1:00pm - 4:00pm
Auction Set-Up
Come help us with the last minute details that weren't able to be done earlier in the day. Tasks include but not limited to: setting up the silent auction dessert table, live auction dessert displays, silent auction items, and those last minute finishing touches! It's all in the details!
4:00pm - 7:00pm
Check-In Table
Check-in guests as they arrive, handing out auction paddles, presold drink tickets, and welcome packets.

4:30pm - 6:30pm
8th Grade Parents Send-Off Party
Help monitor the 8th grade parents send-off party room - make sure they are having a good time and be on stand-by to answer any questions. There also will be an exclusive silent auction to monitor!

Drink Ticket Sales (Shift 1)
Work the drink ticket table and sell, sell, sell! Cheers!

Wine Grab Table
Track bid numbers of purchasers at the wine grab table until all the wine is gone.
5:00pm - 8:00pm
Silent Auction Monitors
Monitor bid sheets throughout silent auction, highlight winner & final amount, bring bid sheets to checkout.
7:00pm - 9:30pm
Live Auction Clerk
Write down the final bid amount and buyers Bidder Number on the Live Auction Bid form, keep a running total of live auction proceeds, and pass number to auctioneer at the end of the live auction.
7:00pm - 11:00pm
Check-Out Table
Help cashiers with checking guests out, obtaining auction items for winners, including raffle ticket winners with redemption.
7:30pm - 11:00pm
Drink Ticket Sales (Shift 2)
Work the drink ticket table and sell, sell, sell! Cheers!

Transportation Coordinator
Help coordinate and direct guests who purchased the Mercedes transportation service to the waiting cars, keep record of their bid numbers.
9:00pm - 12:00pm
Clean-Up Crew
Earn DOUBLE PEP Hours for cleaning up! Collect unclaimed auction items, decor and place in storage room for pick-up.
