Let's get ready to have some fun at the St. Isidore School Auction on February 24, 2024. There's a lot to be done on the day of the auction and we need your help! Please see each volunteer opportunity below (and take note of the different times due to the change in venue this year). Contact auction@stisidore.org with any questions. 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Auction Set-Up
Come help us setup the auction. Tasks include but not limited to: setting up the raffle table, check-in/out area, event signage, tablescape and more!

5:00pm - 7:00pm
Raffle Tickets & Guest Wrangler
Mingle with the guests before dinner and sell raffle tickets and then usher guests inside once ballroom doors open.

Silent Auction Monitors
Monitor bid sheets throughout silent auction, highlight winner & final amount, bring bid sheets to checkout.

5:00pm - 8:00pm
Check-In Table & Guest Services
Check-in guests as they arrive, handing out auction paddles and providing services to guests (answering questions, providing instructions, directions, etc).

7:00pm - 9:00pm
Live Auction Clerk
Write down the final bid amount and buyers Bidder Number on the Live Auction Bid form, keep a running total of live auction proceeds, and pass number to auctioneer at the end of the live auction.
8:00pm - 11:00pm
Check-Out Table & Guest Services
Help cashiers with checking guests out, obtaining auction items for winners, including raffle ticket winners with redemption and providing services to guests (answering questions, providing instructions, directions, etc).

9:00pm - 11:30pm
Transportation Coordinator
Help coordinate and direct guests who purchased the Mercedes transportation service to the waiting cars, keep record of their bid numbers.
10:30pm - 11:30pm
Clean-Up Crew
Earn DOUBLE PEP Hours for cleaning up! Collect decor and items needing to be transported and place in committee member vehicles.
