*THURSDAY* SOUTHWEST REGIONALS

This is a travel day to the Southwest Regional Championships. Athletes will arrive via bus to the racecourse, rig, set-up, and practice. Dinner and team meetings will be held at the athlete hotel in the evening.
5:00pm - 8:00pm
Hotel Chaperone
Sit in the lobby of the hotel and assist athletes or parents as needed. This is a good time to get some work done!
5:30pm - 7:30pm
Dinner Service
Assist with setting up catered dinner at the athlete hotel (Courtyard Marriott Folsom, 2575 Iron Point Road). Serve dinner to athletes/coaches/busdrivers. After dinner, organize any leftovers for athletes to snack on, clean up conference rooms.

8:00pm - 11:00pm
Hotel Chaperone
Sit in the lobby of the hotel and assist athletes or parents as needed. Redirect athletes trying to leave or wander the hotel back to their rooms beginning at 9:00 p.m.
