The Shamrock Invitational is a two day 2000m dual-format regatta.
Volunteer times are subject to change based on finalized race schedule.
Because the Pullman Hotel (formerly Sofitel) is right on site, we will rent a conference room where athletes can rest between races and do homework.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Most likely the tents and large items will have been left up overnight, so bring out the bins from the trailer and set everything else up.

HOSPITALITY MANAGER(S)
Help to ensure all shifts are filled, food is scheduled and delivered/picked up, schedules are maintained or adjusted according to race schedule. Serve as point of contact for event for volunteers and vendors. This position does NOT need to necessarily attend the event or stay at the event.

This start time depends on the last race time. Pack up tents, tables, bins, etc and load into the trailer.

Unload trailer
Follow the trailer back to the boathouse at the end of the regatta and help unload things to the shed.
