SOUTHWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS - Lake Natoma - (Novice and Varsity)

Southwest championships is a FULL weekend event at Lake Natoma. Buses will leave Thursday night to drive teams up. Friday will be a practice day, Saturday a full day of racing, and Sunday a partial day of racing, pending the schedules. Schedules have not been released and shift times will change according to race details.

Load Trailer
Coordinate with trailer/truck driver to get vehicle loaded with hospitality bins from boathouse

Costco run
Purchase list of items needed for the weekend from Costco. Coordinate with Trailer load to load dry goods onto trailer on Thursday before trailer leaves for Sacramento.

Bus Chaperones
Round trip chaperones needed. Departure times TBD.
