Race Times: 9:00AM-1:00PM
Volunteer Times: 6:30AM-2:00PM

Directions to Foster City Lagoon:
From 101: Head east on Hwy. #92. Take Foster City Boulevard exit. Turn left at lights onto Metro Center Boulevard. Turn right at lights onto Foster City Boulevard. Turn right at lights onto East Hillsdale Boulevard. Turn left at next light onto Shell Boulevard.

THU or FRI: Costco Run
Purchase supplies (from provided shopping list) at Costco and Safeway during the week. Please be prepared to front the cost of the shops and be reimbursed. It usually takes 2 or more trips. Please wash all produce purchased. Coordinate delivery at boathouse so it can be loaded in trailer on ice.

FRIDAY Load Trailer
Load the trailer at the boathouse. In the shed there is a laminated instruction sheet of what to pack. Items include storage bins, tables, easy-ups, etc. Time is flexible.

5:30am - 6:30am
SATURDAY or EARLY SUNDAY: Drive hospitality trailer
Drive the hospitality trailer from boathouse to regatta site either on Saturday or early Sunday. Must have vehicle with proper trailer hitch. Must ensure the trailer arrives before 6:30 am Sunday. And then drive it home again at the end!

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unload the trailer at the site and set up the tent, signs, equipment, etc.

7:15am - 10:15am
Prep and Serve Breakfast
Prep breakfast/snacks and oversee fueling our athletes for the morning. Clean up breakfast afterwards.

Prep and Serve Lunch
Prep lunch and oversee fueling our athletes for the afternoon. Clean up lunch after all rowers have finished racing and eating.

TAKE HOME Dish Duty
Take home all dirty dishes, wash them, and return them to the boathouse the following practice.

Clean Up and Break Down Tent
Thoroughly clean up everything. Break down tables, tents, etc. after lunch crew is finished. Load trailer. (Nothing dirty may be put in the trailer, please).

Unload trailer at LGRC
Follow trailer back to the boathouse and unload trailer contents into to the shed.
